Oak Crest Academy charges an annual tuition, due in full by August 1st or at the time of registration for those enrolling later in the year. Monthly payment plans are available, but enrollment in a deferred payment plan does not imply any proration of this obligation for the full amount. For withdrawing students, fees and tuition are not refundable or prorated for any reason. For late entrants, tuition will be calculated based upon the month of entry and will be charged on a per day basis calculation. All deferred payments must be completed by May 1st. Siblings receive a 10% discount.

How can we afford an Oak Crest Academy education?
Families who are concerned that affording an Oak Crest Academy education may be beyond their means are encouraged to consider participating in one of the payment plans offered by the school. Tuition may be budgeted through three different payment programs.
How does the payment plan work?
Tuition may be budgeted through three different programs.
Tuition paid in 10 monthly installments (Aug 15-May 1).
Tuition paid in two installments (half by Aug 15; half by January 1).
Tuition paid in one installment (due August 15). This option receives a $150.00 discount.
How do I learn more about the financial aid process?
A limited amount of financial aid is available on the basis of financial need for students in grades K-8. Financial Aid requests must be processed by April 1st for the following school year; late entrants will be considered based upon the availability of funds. Oak Crest Academy uses SSS, a 3rd party, to distinguish financial aid candidates. Applications are available on the SSS website. Tuition payments received after the 3rd school day of each month will incur a late charge of $35.00.
Cancellations, Refunds, and Reimbursements
Cancellations, refunds and reimbursements are handled directly by the Head of School and may not be done online. All fees and deposits are not refundable for any reason.
Denial of Services to Participants
The environment at Oak Crest will be an inclusive, safe, healthy, considerate, and positive one at all times. Participants, instructors and parents should strive to promote these ideals. We reserve the right to deny services to anyone whose choices infringe upon the rights of any other participant to enjoy their learning as it was intended. Infractions, such as but not limited to the following, may result in a request by Oak Crest to deny services either immediately or at the close of the trimester, depending on the severity of the infraction. In case of early termination of services due to negligence on the part of the participant, no refund will be granted.
1) Disrespectful or offensive language, behavior, or gestures while on the premises;
2) Bullying, intent to harm, threats or other behavior that may lead others to feel unsafe;
3) Little or no attempt to demonstrate willingness to complete assignments during class or during study sessions, and/or non-compliance with classroom expectations, and/or causing disturbances to other participants that negatively impact their learning environment;
4) Blatant disregard of any other Oak Crest expectation.
